Talance

Talance Kalmakoff is 12 years old. Her hometown is Maidstone Saskatchewan. She has been skiing since she was 18 months old. Talance has always loved speed and jumps. She did the Nancy Greene racing and then fundamentalz and racing until she chose to do just Freestyle. She has been in it since she was 9. Talance loves skiing, it is her favorite thing to do and wishes she could do it all the time. The summer of 2020 she started training with Jasper Freeride in the summer on water ramps and the air bag. She has been working very hard training both with Jasper and Flatland. She has qualified her backflip on snow and got to compete with it for the first time this year where she placed second! She is working on her front flip and has started the cork progressions on the trampoline. Talance is very excited that competitions are back on this season and that she has moved up to the provincial level.
